For students traveling alone (seniors and transfer students only): Benedictine College coordinates transportation for students travelling without a parent or guardian using 5 Guys Transportation. Please provide us with your detailed flight information in advance so that we can coordinate with 5 Guys Transportation.
We strongly encourage flight arrival and departure times that fall between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. as arrival and departure times outside of these times create challenges for arranging transportation and overnight accommodations. If you are considering a flight outside of these times, please contact Claire Hollis, Campus Visit Coordinator, to confirm that ground transportation and overnight accommodations may be arranged.
For students traveling with a parent or guardian: Prospective students traveling with a parent or guardian are asked to secure their own transportation. Please note that rideshare services (e.g. Uber or Lyft) are unavailable within Atchison for transportation back to Kansas City.
Registered guests will receive a confirmation email with more information approximately 6 days prior to your visit.

For certain visit days, seniors and transfer students may request to stay overnight on campus for one night with an Admission Office student host. Every effort will be made to accommodate overnight requests. We will notify you at check-in about the status of your overnight host accommodations, along with name and contact information of your overnight host. We ask that visiting students bring a blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, towel, and any personal toiletry items.
